Refund policy

At BINE LUXURY, customer satisfaction is our priority. We proudly offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Lace must not be cut
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging with tags attached

 

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered.


Return Process

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

 

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
